Abstract

This research is a qualitative study that aims 1) To evaluate the effectiveness of the early childhood center's model area for early childhood health care in terms of development, nutrition and growth, and dental health. 2) Study the operation model of the prototype area for early childhood health care in terms of development, nutrition and growth, and dental health. The research tools were 1) Qualitative questionnaires comprised of In-depth interview questions and group discussion. Qualitative data used analysis of the content analysis.

The results reveal that the implementation of the model organization of the Child Development Center covers all three aspects, namely, child development, promotion of nutrition and growth, and oral health care. 1) The context factors related to policy execution, local networking cooperation, and location and people management. The management system is well-defined.2) Input factors included internal and external funding sources, agencies in the community working together, and experienced personnel. Communities are involved in the definition of concerns and the development of programs to improve the health of preschool children at the Child Development Center. 3) The process discovered that the committee was taking proactive action. 4) Production related to plans is being implemented for the best productivity. Lessons Learned is conducted sequentially, and children have standard care.
