Development Learning Model Enhancing Creative Thinking of Nursing Students In Boromarajonani College of Nursing Suratthani

The purpose of this research was to develop learning model enhancing creative thinking of nursing students in Boromarajonani College of Nursing Suratthani. The sampling was 30 nursing students who were in academic year 2017. They were selected by simple sampling. The procedure consisted of 3 steps including designing, checking, and evaluating of learning model enhancing creative thinking. The data analyzed by mean, standard deviation, percentage and t-test.
The results found that development of learning model enhancing creative thinking consisted of 5 steps: 1) arouse interest 2) set the problem and divide into groups 3) research 4) presentation, and 5) evaluation. Creative thinking skills were included as follows 1) fluency thinking 2) flexible thinking 3) originality thinking. After using development of learning model enhancing creative thinking, the learners’ creative thinking skill was higher than before learning in all dimensions at the statistical significance .01. The learners were satisfied toward the developed model at the highest level. Moreover, the effectiveness of model was at expected level E1/E2 = 81.34/82.57. After model implementing researchers have developed teaching plan, content, and timing which appropriate with teaching and conduct five steps of learning model enhancing creative thinking.
