Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study the antecedents of service mind behaviors including personality, teaching and learning, attitude, characteristic, and service mind behaviors and the influences of the antecedents of service mind behaviors according to self-perception of nursing students and SERVICE MIND principles, Boromarajonani College of Nursing Changwat Nonthaburi. One hundred twenty nursing students were selected using a simple sampling technique. The tool was a questionnaire about the antecedents of service mind behaviors as perceived by nursing students according to service mind principles. The data were analyzed using path analysis statistic. The study found that the personality had a direct influence on the service mind behaviors of nursing students at statistical significance of .000 (beta = 0.72). Other factors had little influence on service mind behaviors. These factors had an indirect influence on increasing service mind behavior. The results of this research could be used to develop teaching and learning management style and special activities to promote service mind behaviors according to SERVICE MIND principles.
