Network partners Participation Model Development for Management of COVID-19 Vaccination Service in Surat Thani Province

The standardized and vaccine coverage by management of COVID-19 Vaccination can prevent infection and reduce the severity of the disease. This Participatory Action Research (PAR) purposed to developed and assess the Network partners participation model for Management of COVID-19 Vaccination Services in Surat Thani Province. This research was included 3 steps, 1st steps were developed model, 2nd step was applied model in all district by participation of District Vaccination manager. In addition, in 3rd step was assessed the outcomes of model. The quantitative by descriptive study and paired t-test were research data analysis.
The research results indicated that the Network partners’ Participation Model for COVID-19 Vaccination Services Management in Surat Thani Province were developed by using LEAN and participation concept. The COVID-19 vaccination coverage was 87.52 percent in 1st dose, 86.49 percent in 2nd dose and 54.98 percent in 3rd dose of all population. The assessment of model understanding of District Vaccination manager were highest after applied this model and also satisfaction average score of health staff and networking were significantly higher after applied this model (p<.001). However, the COVID-19 vaccination management model may manage the vaccination efficiency and probably suggested for used in case of other epidemics
