Almost samples were hypertension patients (91.6%) and had cardiovascular risk in low risk group (91.3%). Most of the samples had knowledge regarding risk factors at a moderate level, whereas the knowledge regarding signs and symptoms and symptoms management were at low levels. Moreover, health behaviors for preventing of ACS was at a good level. Cardiovascular risk was not significantly relationship between knowledge and health behaviors for preventing ACS.  However, cardiovascular risk was significantly relationship between knowledge and health behaviors for preventing ACS (p<.05).
