ผลของโปรแกรมการจัดการความรู้ต่อการรับรู้การปฏิบัติการวางแผนจำหน่าย ผู้ป่วยกล้ามเนื้อหัวใจตายเฉียบพลันในโรงพยาบาลชุมชนจังหวัดนราธิวาส

การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบกึ่งทดลอง แบบสองกลุ่มโดยวัดผลก่อนและหลังการทดลอง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการรับรู้การปฏิบัติการวางแผนจำหน่ายผู้ป่วยกล้ามเนื้อหัวใจตายเฉียบพลันในโรงพยาบาลชุมชนจังหวัดนราธิวาส ระหว่างกลุ่มควบคุมและกลุ่มทดลอง กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือพยาบาลวิชาชีพ จำนวน 30 คน (กลุ่มทดลอง 15 คนและกลุ่มควบคุม 15 คน) เครื่องมือวิจัยมี 2 ส่วน คือ (1) กระบวนการจัดการความรู้ ประยุกต์จากแนวคิดการจัดการความรู้ และ (2) แบบวัดการรับรู้การปฏิบัติการวางแผนจำหน่าย โดยวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติเชิงอ้างอิง Wilcoxon signed-rank test และ Mann-Whitney U test
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การรับรู้การปฏิบัติการวางแผนจำหน่ายหลังการทดลองของกลุ่มทดลองอยู่ในระดับมาก (Mean= 4.50, SD = 0.32) และกลุ่มควบคุมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (Mean= 3.31, SD = 0.33) และเมื่อเปรียบเทียบคะแนนเฉลี่ย พบว่าการรับรู้การปฏิบัติการวางแผนจำหน่ายผู้ป่วยกล้ามเนื้อหัวใจตายเฉียบพลันหลังได้รับการจัดการความรู้ของกลุ่มทดลอง มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .05 (p < .05) การศึกษานี้สามารถนำแนวคิดกระบวนการจัดการความรู้ไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการวางแผนจำหน่ายผู้ป่วยกล้ามเนื้อหัวใจตายเฉียบพลัน เพื่อให้ระบบการวางแผนจำหน่ายผู้ป่วยมีประสิทธิภาพ ส่งผลให้ผู้ป่วยมีความพร้อมในการดูแลตนเองเมื่อจำหน่ายออกจากโรงพยาบาล
