ผลของโปรแกรมการดูแลระยะเปลี่ยนผ่านต่อความรู้ และพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองของผู้ป่วยหลังผ่าตัดหัวใจ

การศึกษาครั้งนี้ เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลองแบบสองกลุ่ม วัดผลก่อนและหลังการทดลอง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมการดูแลระยะเปลี่ยนผ่าน ต่อความรู้ และพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองของผู้ป่วยหลังผ่าตัดหัวใจ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้ป่วยหลังผ่าตัดหัวใจที่มารับการรักษาที่หอผู้ป่วยโรคหัวใจ โรงพยาบาลมหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจงจำนวน 50 ราย แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มควบคุมและกลุ่มทดลองกลุ่มละ 25 ราย โดยกลุ่มควบคุมได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติและกลุ่มทดลองได้รับโปรแกรมการดูแลระยะเปลี่ยนผ่าน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบสอบถามความรู้เกี่ยวกับการดูแลตนเองของผู้ป่วยหลังผ่าตัดหัวใจ และแบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองของผู้ป่วยหลังผ่าตัดหัวใจ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ไคสแควร์ การทดสอบของฟิชเชอร์ และสถิติทดสอบค่าที
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า กลุ่มทดลองมีค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนความรู้เกี่ยวกับการดูแลตนเอง สูงกว่าก่อนได้รับโปรแกรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<.05) และสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<.01) กลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุมมีค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองไม่แตกต่างกัน (p>.05)
การศึกษาครั้งนี้เสนอแนะว่าควรนำโปรแกรมการดูแลระยะเปลี่ยนผ่าน ไปใช้กับผู้ป่วยหลังผ่าตัดหัวใจเพื่อให้มีความรู้และมีพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองที่เหมาะสม
