ปัจจัยทำนายความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพของผู้สูงอายุที่มีโรคเรื้อรังในชุมชน

การศึกษานี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงทำนายมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยทำนายความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพของผู้สูงอายุที่มีโรคเรื้อรังในชุมชน ศึกษาจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นผู้สูงอายุที่มีโรคเรื้อรังในชุมชนของโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลแห่งหนึ่ง โดยการคัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง จำนวน 161 ราย เก็บข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพของผู้สูงอายุ ความพึงพอใจต่อแรงสนับสนุนจากครอบครัวและพฤติกรรมการแสวงหาข้อมูลสุขภาพจากสื่อออนไลน์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและการวิเคราะห์สมการถดถอยพหุคูณแบบเป็นขั้นตอน
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ระดับการศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบกับความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพของผู้สูงอายุอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (r = -0.261, p < 0.001) ความพึงพอใจต่อแรงสนับสนุนจากครอบครัวและพฤติกรรมการแสวงหาข้อมูลสุขภาพจากสื่อออนไลน์มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพของผู้สูงอายุอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (r = 0.234, p < 0.001 และ r = 0.163, p < 0.05 ตามลำดับ) ระดับการศึกษา ความพึงพอใจต่อแรงสนับสนุนจากครอบครัวและพฤติกรรมการแสวงหาข้อมูลสุขภาพจากสื่อออนไลน์มีความสัมพันธ์กับความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพและสามารถร่วมกันอธิบายความแปรปรวนความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพของผู้สูงอายุที่มีโรคเรื้อรังในชุมชนได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ร้อยละ 15.4 (R2 = 0.154, p < 0.001)
พยาบาลอนามัยชุมชนและทีมสุขภาพควรส่งเสริมความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพแก่ผู้สูงอายุที่มีโรคเรื้อรัง สร้างเสริมพลังอำนาจให้ครอบครัวมีส่วนร่วมในการดูแลผู้สูงอายุและส่งเสริมให้ผู้สูงอายุแสวงหาข้อมูลสุขภาพจากสื่อออนไลน์เพื่อพัฒนาให้ผู้สูงอายุมีความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพที่เพียงพอ
