บทคัดย่อ
บทนำ: การเพิ่มศักยภาพของนวัตกรรมอันเป็นทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาของคณะแพทยศาสตร์โรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล จำเป็นต้องทราบข้อมูลทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาและการนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ เพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการเพิ่มศักยภาพของทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาให้ใช้ประโยชน์เชิงสังคมและเชิงพาณิชย์ แต่ที่ผ่านมายังไม่มีการศึกษาข้อมูลอย่างเป็นระบบ ทำให้ยังไม่มีข้อมูลชัดเจนที่จะพัฒนาการดำเนินงานและการสนับสนุน
วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อศึกษาจำนวนทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาและการนำผลงานไปใช้ประโยชน์ของคณะแพทยศาสตร์โรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล
วิธีการศึกษา: การศึกษาข้อมูลจำนวนทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา ย้อนหลัง 12 ปี ระหว่างปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2550 - 2561 จากข้อมูลทุติยภูมิ จำแนกตามประเภทของทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาและการนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ จากนั้นวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา
ผลการศึกษา: ผลงานที่ได้จดทะเบียนทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา จำนวน 146 เรื่อง เป็นอนุสิทธิบัตร จำนวน 52 เรื่อง (ร้อยละ 35.62) สิทธิบัตรการประดิษฐ์ จำนวน 1 เรื่อง (ร้อยละ 0.69) สิทธิบัตรการออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ จำนวน 9 เรื่อง (ร้อยละ 6.16) และลิขสิทธิ์ จำนวน 84 เรื่อง (ร้อยละ 57.53) และยังมีผลงาน จำนวน 25 เรื่อง ที่อยู่ระหว่างยื่นคำขอรับความคุ้มครองทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา ผลงานส่วนใหญ่ใช้ประโยชน์เชิงชุมชนและสังคม คิดเป็นร้อยละ 51.72 การใช้ประโยชน์เชิงวิชาการ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 36.55 และการใช้ประโยชน์เชิงพาณิชย์คิดเป็นร้อยละ 11.73
สรุป: ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาของคณะแพทยศาสตร์โรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล มีการนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ทั้งในเชิงวิชาการ และเชิงสังคม ส่วนในเชิงพาณิชย์ยังมีจำนวนไม่มาก แต่มีศักยภาพเพียงพอที่จะนำความรู้ในทรัพย์สินทางปัญญามาพัฒนาและต่อยอดอย่างเป็นรูปธรรมได้
