           A case report of the patient with malignant melanoma in situ, excision the lesion with Mohs’ surgery. After the Mohs’ surgery patient had defect at internal lining of nasal septum and loss of internal lining framework and skin coverage at alar rim. Reconstruction the defect with temporalis fascia graft and Acellular dermal matrix at nasal septum and reconstruction alar rim with concha cartilage graft with bipedicle transpositioning flap
