แนวทางเวชปฏิบัติสำหรับโรคจมูกอักเสบภูมิแพ้ในคนไทย (ฉบับปรับปรุง พ.ศ.2565)

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ (Abstract) 


นับแต่พ.ศ. 2544 ราชวิทยาลัยโสต ศอ นาสิกแพทย์แห่งประเทศไทย ร่วมกับสมาคมโรคภูมิแพ้ โรคหืดและวิทยาภูมิคุ้มกันแห่งประเทศไทยและสมาคมแพทย์โรคจมูก(ไทย) ได้จัดทำร่างแนวทางการตรวจรักษาโรคจมูกอักเสบภูมิแพ้มาแล้ว 2 ฉบับ คือฉบับ พ.ศ. 2544 และ 2554 แต่เนื่องจากวิทยาการด้านการแพทย์มีการพัฒนาไปอย่างรวดเร็วทุกด้าน โรคจมูกอักเสบภูมิแพ้ก็เช่นเดียวกัน มีงานวิจัย และแนวทางการรักษาใหม่ๆ ที่มีประสิทธิภาพและสะดวกต่อการใช้มากขึ้น จึงได้ทำการปรับปรุงแนวทางเวชปฏิบัติสำหรับโรคจมูกอักเสบภูมิแพ้ในคนไทย  (ฉบับปรับปรุง พ.ศ.2565) ให้มีความทันสมัยทันต่อความก้าวหน้าทางวิทยาการ โดยมีคณะทำงานจากสมาคมแพทย์โรคจมูก (ไทย), สมาคมโรคภูมิแพ้ โรคหืดและวิทยาภูมิคุ้มกันแห่งประเทศไทย และราชวิทยาลัยโสต ศอ นาสิกแพทย์แห่งประเทศไทย ซึ่งมีจุดประสงค์เพื่อให้เพื่อเป็นแนวทางให้แพทย์เวชปฏิบัติทั่วไป,โสต ศอ นาสิกแพทย์, กุมารแพทย์และแพทย์โรคภูมิแพ้ รวมทั้งนักศึกษาแพทย์ แพทย์ใช้ทุน แพทย์ประจำบ้าน แพทย์ประจำบ้านต่อยอดได้ใช้ประกอบการพิจารณาเลือกการตรวจรักษาผู้ป่วยอย่างเหมาะสม ถูกต้องและคุ้มค่า
