  • Checklist Form
  • Manuscript
  • Letter of Certification
  • ICMJE
  • A Copy of Copyright Form (if figures, pictures or tables are copyrighted)
  • Large, high definition files of figures in JPEG type, no frame and effects

  5. Proof of copyright permission to use pictures, illustrations, or any materials from a source (if any)
  6. Illustrations / figures of the highest resolution provided in JPEG format
  7. Diagrams, charts, graphs or tables (NOT exceed 6 in total) should be created and included in MS Word (Manuscript). Authors are not recommended to attach them as pictures in the files.

 

Instructions for Authors

The manuscript should be presented in the following order: 

❖ Research / Original Article

Original articles should be written and structured by four main sections: Introduction/Objectives, Materials and Methods, Results, and Discussion/Conclusion.

        Title (TH/ENG)

        Full names with the highest academic degree. (TH/ENG)

        Addresses or affiliations of the authors (TH/ENG)

        Abstract no longer than 350 words or less. The abstract should state the Objective, Materials and Methods, Results, and Conclusion, each with a brief adequate presentation. (TH/ENG)

        Keywords limited to 5 keywords

        E-mail address and telephone numbers, of the author to whom correspondence about the manuscript, proofs, and requests for offprint should be sent.

        For tables, please provide a brief description of the table content, as well as the source and abbreviation.

        For figures, please provide a brief description of the figure, as well as the source/creator's name(s). Authors should be mindful and protect the identity of the subject in the photographs; for example, hiding their appearance, or redact case number. 

        References in Vancouver style, limited to 25 items

        The manuscript length, excluding references, should not exceed 3,500 words. 

 

❖ Review Article

The manuscript should contain the followings:

        Title (TH/ENG)

        Full names with the highest academic degree. (TH/ENG)

        Addresses or affiliations of the authors (TH/ENG)

        Abstract no longer than 350 words or less. (TH/ENG)

        Keywords limited to 5 keywords

        E-mail address and telephone numbers, of the author to whom correspondence about the manuscript, proofs, and requests for offprint should be sent.

        For tables, please provide a brief description of the table content, as well as the source and abbreviation.

        For figures, please provide a brief description of the figure, as well as the source/creator's name(s). Authors should be mindful and protect the identity of the subject in the photographs; for example, hiding their appearance, or redact case number. 

        References in Vancouver style, limited to 50 items

        The manuscript length, excluding references, should not exceed 3,500 words. 

 

References: The Vancouver system of referencing should be used. References should be cited numerically in the order they appear in the text. Identify references in text, tables, and legends by Arabic numerals in superscripts. In the reference list, the references should be numbered and listed in order of appearance in the text.
           Cite the names of all authors when there are six or fewer; when there are seven or more, list the first six followed by “et al”.
