There are 5 steps in developing an effective e-learning. 1) Analyze; identify goals and objectives as well as define technical resources and needs. 2) Design; off/online, registration system, security structure. 3) Develop; appropriately use multimedia, hyperlinks, online communication, encourage active learning and userfriendly 4) Implement; pilot the website before full implementation. 5) Evaluate; intermittently validate hyperlinks, and regularly updating content.
