Objective: The aims of this study were to study the motivations and factors effects of motivation in exchange
project to learn to develop educational personnel.
Methods: The researcher studied with the sample of 166 educational personnel, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj
Hospital selected by G*Power Program. The data were analyzed by percentage, average deviation, correlation coefficient of Pearson.
Results: The motivation of educational personnel in exchange project was at the high level with means at
4.07. The part of the project with highest means was the clear and easy understanding of the lecture and able
to apply for working. The relation between 4 factors effected of exchanging project was positive with magnificent 0.01 with the highest factors related with joining in exchange project were academic and facility with the step of correlation coefficient =0.47 , social and personal reason = 0.179 and 0.163.
Conclusion: The predictable factors effect of joining in exchange project to learn to develop educational
personnel, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital were academic and facility: the social and personal reason factors were able to predict the motivation in joining the project 61.4% and regression of equation of standard score was the motivation in joining project =0.519, academic and facility, +0.198 social , + 0.165 personal reason.
