Abstract
Despite a decline in cardiovascular disease mortality over the past decades, cardiovascular disease
remains the leading cause of death in the Thailand. The management of healthcare service quality, Advances in
technology, Nurses who take care for patients have the right to determine a performance to suit different situations.
In order to reduce preventable CVD mortality and morbidity and shorter length of hospital stay. The purpose of
this article is to present the principle for evaluation of critical cardiovascular patients: nursing care system and
competencies in Tan Tock Seng hospital, Singapore. Donabedian’s model is useful for health care professions
to systematically analyze factors related to health care delivery: structure, process, and outcomes. The analyzed
from the study consisted of 3 issues, 1) Structure consist of 3 aspects including human resource, structure and
service area and medical equipment 2) Process consist of 3 aspects including clinical pathway and communication
and 3) Nursing outcomes. Basic Applications of the Analysis for cardiovascular patients in Siriraj hospital.
Finally, lead to quality improvement in healthcare.
