กำเนิดศัพท์ “อักเสบ” สำหรับศัพท์แพทย์ “Inflammation”

Abstract

    Term “inflammation” in Thai originally meant exacerbation of wound. Later on, it has been used as a medical term “inflammation” since 1903 instead of transliteration of medical terms that was commonly used in the modern medicine textbook in Thai in early days.
