บทคัดย่อ
โรคพยาธิช่องคลอด (Trichomoniasis) เป็นโรคติดต่อทางเพศสัมพันธ์ที่พบได้บ่อย ผู้ป่วยอาจไม่มีอาการเลยหรือมีอาการรุนแรงมาก การรักษาทำได้ง่ายโดยใช้ยาปฏิชีวนะราคาถูก ปัญหาของการกำจัดโรคนี้คือ การวินิจฉัยโรค และความครอบคลุมการรักษาไปยังคู่เพศสัมพันธ์ทุกราย บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทบทวนวิธีการวินิจฉัยและการดูแลรักษาผู้ป่วยที่เป็นโรคพยาธิช่องคลอด เพื่อเพิ่มความตระหนักแก่บุคลากรทางการแพทย์
