บทคัดย่อ
การให้บริการทางวิสัญญีนอกห้องผ่าตัด มีแนวโน้มขยายตัวเป็นวงกว้าง เพื่อรองรับความก้าวหน้าทางเวชภัณฑ์ หัตถการและเทคโนโลยีทางการแพทย์ที่ล้ำหน้าทันสมัย ดังนั้นบุคลากรทางวิสัญญีจำเป็นต้องมีความรู้ความสามารถประสบการณ์ และทักษะในการติดต่อสื่อสาร ในการเตรียมผู้ป่วยตามกรอบมาตรฐาน การแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า และความสามารถในการจัดการเชิงระบบที่ไม่ต้องอาศัยทักษะทางเทคนิค ซึ่งจะช่วยลดปัจจัยที่มีความเสี่ยงสูงต่อการเกิดภาวะแทรกซ้อนกับผู้ป่วยที่เข้ารับบริการทางวิสัญญีนอกห้องผ่าตัด
