บทคัดย่อ

Objective:  To study communication in the organization, management in the organization and communication management.

Methods:  The qualitative research, the authors presented the result of this research in term of the view and opinion of administrators such as the view and opinion to higher level administrators involving the planning of administrative system of the head unit. The quantitative research, the authors sent the questionnaires to every personnel in the Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital. Among these, 233 questionnaires were returned, the results of research divide to 3 parts according to the quantitative  research structures.

Results:  The results showed that all administrators especially of higher level administrative, used the communication system and information technology system to make the strategy plan to meet the organizations policies there was no significant differences in term of management system among all administrative works. In conclusion, all administrators, especially executive administrators, enovasingly. Used the modern communication system in their administrative works.

Conclusion:  All administrators in the Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital used the communication system and information technology system in the command unit to calling the information conveniently, planning for administration and developing the unit, analyzing the data. There was no significant difference in term of management system among all administrators. They knew the opportunity, stress, strength  and weakness and used these to developing the organization, planning to solve problems in short term and long term. All administrators saw the importance to take the new innovation to adapt to use in the unit. All administrators of the Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital increasingly used the modern communication system in their administrative works.
