กายภาพบำบัดผู้ป่วยหลังผ่าตัดเปลี่ยนข้อสะโพกเทียม

บทคัดย่อ
ข้อสะโพกบาดเจ็บ เป็นปัญหาที่พบได้บ่อยในกลุ่มผู้ป่วยกระดูกและข้อ ส่วนใหญ่มักพบในผู้สูงอายุ ซึ่งพยาธิสภาพเกิดได้หลายสาเหตุ เช่น เกิดจากความเสื่อมตามวัย ภาวะการขาดเลือดบริเวณหัวกระดูกสะโพก หรือ อุบัติเหตุจากการพลัดตกหกล้ม ซึ่งข้อสะโพกเป็นข้อต่อที่มีขนาดใหญ่และมีความสำคัญมากในการรับน้ำหนักของร่างกาย เมื่อผู้ป่วยได้รับบาดเจ็บบริเวณข้อสะโพก มักมีอาการเจ็บปวดบริเวณข้อสะโพกมาก ส่งผลให้ผู้ป่วยยืนและเดินลงน้ำหนักลำบาก เกิดการจำกัดการเคลื่อนไหว ทำกิจวัตรประจำวันได้ยาก หรือในบางรายไม่สามารถเคลื่อนไหวได้ จนเป็นสาเหตุที่ทำให้เกิดภาวะผู้ป่วยติดเตียง วิธีการรักษาด้วยการผ่าตัดเปลี่ยนข้อสะโพกเทียมนั้น สามารถช่วยบรรเทาอาการเจ็บปวด และแก้ไขปัญหาของข้อสะโพกได้ การฟื้นฟูผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการผ่าตัดเปลี่ยนข้อสะโพกเทียมด้วยการกายภาพบำบัดเป็นสิ่งสำคัญที่จะช่วยให้ผู้ป่วยกลับมาทำกิจวัตรประจำวันได้ใกล้เคียงปกติมากที่สุด โดยนักกายภาพบำบัดมีบทบาทในการดูแลผู้ป่วยตั้งแต่ก่อนและหลังการผ่าตัดเปลี่ยนข้อสะโพกเทียม ดังนั้น นักกายภาพบำบัดจึงควรมีความรู้ความเข้าใจ และทราบถึงแนวทางในการดูแลผู้ป่วยผ่าตัดเปลี่ยนข้อสะโพกเทียม รวมถึงข้อห้ามข้อควรระวังหลังการผ่าตัดเปลี่ยนข้อสะโพกเทียมเพื่อนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการดูแลผู้ป่วยผ่าตัดเปลี่ยนข้อสะโพกเทียมอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและปลอดภัย
