The Praboromarajchanok Institute (PI), Ministry of Public Health Thailand and Berliner Hochschule für Technik (BHT), Germany recognize the benefits of developing a collegial relationship between our respective schools to establish strong international links. To this aim we propose the following agreement:
Article 1: Principle of Cooperation
The purposes of this agreement are to develop academic and educational collaboration and to promote a joint relationship between the PBRI and BHT.
Article 2: Area of Cooperation
Both institutes undertake to promote and develop cooperation in the following ways, on a basis of equality and reciprocity:
- Exchange of faculty members and researchers
- Exchange of students
- Exchange of academic information and publications
- Conducting reciprocal lectures and seminars
- Cooperating in research and the publication of its results.
- Identifying other mutually agreed opportunities for collaboration
