บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความรู้ ทัศนคติ และพฤติกรรมการป้องกันการติดเชื้อปรสิต และศึกษาอิทธิพลของปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ปัจจัยสุขภาพ ความรู้ และทัศนคติ ต่อพฤติกรรมการป้องกันการติดเชื้อปรสิตในหญิงตั้งครรภ์ที่มีภาวะโลหิตจาง โรงพยาบาลนพรัตนราชธานี ผู้วิจัยเก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 212 คน โดยการสุ่มแบบง่าย แบบสอบถามหาความเชื่อมั่นโดยวิธีสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค มีค่าความเที่ยง > 0.8 สถิติที่ใช้ประกอบด้วยค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ

            ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการติดเชื้อปรสิตของหญิงตั้งครรภ์ที่มีภาวะโลหิตจาง โรงพยาบาลนพรัตนราชธานี ค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ระดับน้อย (mean=3.2, SD.=3.90) มีทัศนคติเกี่ยวกับการติดเชื้อปรสิตระดับน้อย (mean=2.29, SD.=0.45) ส่วนพฤติกรรมการป้องกันการติดเชื้อปรสิต กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่มีพฤติกรรมการป้องกันการติดเชื้อปรสิตระดับปานกลาง (mean=1.44, SD.=0.71) ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐาน พบว่า ระดับการศึกษา ความรู้ และทัศนคติ ส่งผลต่อพฤติกรรมการป้องกันการติดเชื้อปรสิตในหญิงตั้งครรภ์ที่มีภาวะโลหิตจาง โรงพยาบาลนพรัตนราชธานี (p< .05)

            ข้อมูลจากการศึกษานี้ หญิงตั้งครรภ์ที่มีภาวะโลหิตจางควรได้รับการเสริมสร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจ เพื่อกระตุ้นให้เกิดความตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของการติดเชื้อปรสิตระหว่างตั้งครรภ์ อันเป็นสาเหตุที่ทำให้เกิดความเสี่ยงต่อการเจ็บป่วยหรือเสียชีวิตของมารดาและทารก
