การรับรู้บทบาท และอุปสรรคด้านการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพของนักกายภาพบำบัดไทย ในโรงพยาบาลระดับทุติยภูมิ

บทคัดย่อ
ที่มาและความสำคัญ: การสร้างเสริมสุขภาพเป็นบทบาทหนึ่งที่สำคัญของนักกายภาพบำบัด ที่ผ่านมายังมีการศึกษาน้อยมากเกี่ยวกับการรับรู้และบทบาทด้านการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพของนักกายภาพบำบัดที่ทำงานในโรงพยาบาลระดับทุติยภูมิในประเทศไทย
วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อศึกษาการรับรู้และบทบาทด้านกลยุทธ์การสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ 5 ข้อ และด้านหลักการทำงานสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ 3 ข้อตามกฎบัตรออตตาวารวมถึงอุปสรรคในการทำงานสร้างเสริมสุขภาพของนักกายภาพบำบัดไทยในโรงพยาบาลระดับทุติยภูมิ
วิธีการวิจัย: การศึกษาเชิงคุณภาพแบบปรากฎการณ์วิทยา โดยวิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกนักกายภาพบำบัดในโรงพยาบาลระดับทุติยภูมิที่มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพมากกว่า 3 ปี จำนวน 13 คน และการสนทนากลุ่มใน 3 เขตบริการสุขภาพ จำนวน 21 คนวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัย: นักกายภาพบำบัดมีการรับรู้และบทบาทในกลยุทธ์การสร้างนโยบายสาธารณะเพื่อสุขภาพน้อยที่สุด กลยุทธ์ที่มีการรับรู้และบทบาทมากที่สุดคือการพัฒนาทักษะส่วนบุคคล ส่วนใหญ่มีการรับรู้และบทบาทในหลักการทำงานด้านการสร้างสมรรถนะให้ประชาชนและการทำหน้าที่เป็นสื่อกลางในการประสานงาน แต่ยังมีการรับรู้และบทบาทน้อยในด้านการสนับสนุนชี้แนะอุปสรรคคือทัศนคติของนักกายภาพบำบัดต่อการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ ผู้บริหารไม่เห็นความสำคัญและทีมสหวิชาชีพขาดการรับรู้บทบาทของนักกายภาพบำบัดในงานสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ นโยบายและตัวชี้วัดที่ไม่เอื้อต่อการทำงาน และอัตรากำลังที่ไม่เพียงพอ
สรุปผล: นักกายภาพบำบัดส่วนใหญ่ยังขาดการรับรู้เกี่ยวกับกลยุทธ์การสร้างเสริมสุขภาพโดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งด้านสร้างนโยบายสาธารณะเพื่อสุขภาพและหลักการทำงานด้านการสนับสนุนชี้แนะ ส่งผลให้มีบทบาทด้านนี้น้อยกว่าบทบาทด้านอื่น การสนับสนุนปัจจัยเกื้อหนุนต่างๆ เป็นสิ่งสำคัญสำหรับนักกายภาพบำบัดในการปฏิบัติงานด้านการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ
