ความรู้และความเข้าใจด้านความรอบรู้ทางสุขภาพของนักกายภาพบำบัดไทย ในการปฏิบัติงานทางคลินิก: การศึกษาเชิงสำรวจภาคตัดขวาง

บทคัดย่อ
ที่มาและความสำคัญ: ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ (Health Literacy: HL) เป็นสมรรถนะที่สำคัญสำหรับนักกายภาพบำบัดในการสื่อสารและจัดการการฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ อย่างไรก็ตาม งานวิจัยด้านความตระหนักเรื่อง HL ในกลุ่มนักกายภาพบำบัดไทยยังมีจำกัด ซึ่งการขาดความเข้าใจอาจส่งผลกระทบต่อผลลัพธ์ของการรักษาได้
วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อสำรวจความรู้ และความเข้าใจด้านความรอบรู้ทางสุขภาพในการปฏิบัติงานทางคลินิกของนักกายภาพบำบัดไทย
วิธีการวิจัย: การศึกษาวิจัยเชิงสำรวจแบบตัดขวางในนักกายภาพบำบัดที่มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในประเทศไทยอย่างน้อย 1 ปี เก็บข้อมูลผ่านแบบสอบถามออนไลน์ระหว่าง เดือนมกราคม ถึง เดือนธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2568 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา
ผลการวิจัย: นักกายภาพบำบัดตอบแบบสอบถาม 118 ราย อายุเฉลี่ย 39.10 ± 9.86 ปี ประสบการณ์การทำงานเฉลี่ย 16.17 ± 10.09 ปี พบว่า ร้อยละ 53.39 ไม่เคยได้ยินคำว่า "ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ" และในกลุ่มที่คุ้นเคยกับคำดังกล่าว มีเพียงร้อยละ 35.29 ที่นิยามความหมายได้ถูกต้องครบถ้วน สำหรับความเข้าใจเชิงลึก พบว่าคะแนนการตอบถูกอยู่ในระดับต่ำ ได้แก่ การประเมิน HL (ร้อยละ 37.93) ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อ HL (ร้อยละ 24.14) และการปรับแผนการรักษาตามระดับ HL (ร้อยละ 20.69) อย่างไรก็ตาม ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่ (ร้อยละ 65.52) ตระหนักว่าหากผู้ป่วยมีความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพที่เพียงพอจะส่งผลดีต่อการรักษา
สรุปผล: นักกายภาพบำบัดไทยยังมีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพในหลายแง่มุมค่อนข้างจำกัด ผลการศึกษานี้ชี้ให้เห็นความจำเป็นในการเสริมสร้างความรู้และสมรรถนะอย่างเป็นระบบ เพื่อส่งเสริมการบูรณาการความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพเข้ากับการปฏิบัติงานทางคลินิก ซึ่งจะช่วยยกระดับคุณภาพการบริการและผลลัพธ์ที่ดีแก่ผู้ป่วยในระยะยาว
