บทคัดย่อ

     การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบกึ่งทดลอง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมการใช้ยาตามเกณฑ์การรักษาของผู้ป่วยจิตเภทในชุมชน กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้ป่วยจิตเภทในชุมชน จำนวน 20 คน ได้รับการคัดเลือกแบบเจาะจงตามเกณฑ์คุณสมบัติจากผู้ป่วยจิตเภท ของโรงพยาบาลสรรพยา จังหวัดชัยนาท เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ โปรแกรมสุขภาพจิตศึกษาครอบครัว ซึ่ง ผ่านการตรวจความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงวุฒิจำนวน ๓ คน และเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบวัดพฤติกรรมการใช้ยาตามเกณฑ์การรักษาของผู้ป่วยจิตเภท มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นสัมประสิทธิ์ แอลฟาครอนบาค เท่ากับ .86 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าสถิติ t-test
     ผลการวิจัยพบว่า พฤติกรรมการใช้ยาตามเกณฑ์การรักษาของผู้ป่วยจิตเภทในชุมชน หลังการได้รับโปรแกรมสุขภาพจิตศึกษาครอบครัว ดีขึ้นกว่าก่อนการได้รับโปรแกรมสุขภาพจิตศึกษาครอบครัว อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

A Study of Using the Family Psycho-education Program on Medication Adherence Behaviors of Schizophrenic Patients in a Community,Sapphaya Hospital, Chainat Province

Abstract

     The purpose of this study was to compare medication adherence behaviors of schizophrenic patients in a community. Study samples composed of 20 schizophrenic patients in a community who met the inclusion criteria. They were recruited from patients attending Saphaya District, Chainat Province. The study instrument was the Family Psycho-Education Program which was assessed for content validity by three experts. The data collection instrument was the medication adherence scale. The Cronbach Alpha coefficient reliability of the instrument was 0.86. A paired t-test was used for analyzing the data.
     The results showed that medication adherence behaviors of patients with schizophrenia in the community after using the Family Psycho-Education Program was significantly higher than before using such program (p<0.05).
