การส่งเสริมคุณธรรมจริยธรรม สำหรับนักศึกษา วิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนี นครศรีธรรมราช

บทคัดย่อ

     วิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนี นครศรีธรรมราช เป็นสถาบันอุดมศึกษาสังกัดสถาบันพระบรมราชชนก เป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ สู่ชุมชน สร้างคนคุณธรรม นำวิชาชีพ มีพันธกิจหลัก 4 ด้านคือ ผลิตบุคลากร วิจัยและสร้างองค์ความรู้ บริการวิชาการ และทำนุบำรุงศิลปวัฒนธรรม วิทยาลัยมีความตระหนักและเล็งเห็นถึงความสำคัญที่จะผลิตบัณฑิตให้มีอัตลักษณ์ที่ชัดเจน คือ บริการสุขภาพด้วยหัวใจความเป็นมนุษย์ทางวิทยาลัยได้จัดทำโครงการการส่งเสริมคุณธรรมจริยธรรม สำหรับนักศึกษาวิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนี นครศรีธรรมราช โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อปลูกฝังคุณธรรมจริยธรรมให้กับนักศึกษาให้สามารถอยู่ร่วมกันได้อย่างมีความสุข เพื่อเสริมสร้างจิตสำนึกที่ดีกับนักศึกษาให้นำหลักคุณธรรมจริยธรรมไปใช้ในการดำเนินชีวิตได้อย่างถูกต้อง มีความสุขเกิดประโยชน์ต่อตนเอง ครอบครัว สังคม และประเทศชาติ ดำเนินโครงการโดยใช้กระบวนการ PDCA ในการขับเคลื่อน ผลการดำเนินโครงการมีความสำเร็จตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนด มีเครือข่ายในการสร้างคุณธรรมจริยธรรมนักศึกษาได้รับรางวัลด้านคุณธรรมจริยธรรมในระดับชาติและวิทยาลัยได้รับรางวัลด้านคุณธรรมจริยธรรมทั้งในระดับจังหวัดและระดับชาติ

Promoting Moral Responsibility for the Nursing Student

of Boromarajonani College of Nursing, Nakhon Si Thammarat.

Abstract

     Boromarajonani College of Nursing, Nakhon Si Thammarat under the Praboromarajchanok Institute of Health workforce Development, has a vision of being learning organization, community oriented, producing moral and excellent nursing professionals. There are 4 missions; 1) to produce the nursing professional, 2) to construct academic knowledge and nursing research, 3) to promote healthcare  knowledge to the community, and 4) to preserve culture.

     Boromarajonani College of Nursing, Nakhon Si Thammarat was aware and attempted to inculcate their students’ identity for humanized health care services. The college introduced a project to promote students’ morality and ethics as well as skills to live happily with others and hope that the students could develop good mind and apply morality and ethics for living.  As a result, they shall be happy with and benefit to themselves, families, society and the nation. The main activity for Buddhist students was a Dharma Camp and all of them participated, while the Muslim students ran their moral activity at the mosque. The morality project has been undertaken and evaluated under the process of PDCA. The findings show that, the project achieved its goals as planned. The project also yielded network of students for morality and ethics development. The students received award at national level while the college received awards for both provincial and national levels.
