บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาเปรียบเทียบความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพเพื่อป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์ก่อนวัยอันควรของนักเรียนมัธยมปลายระหว่างนักเรียนชนเผ่าและนักเรียนพื้นราบ เป็นการศึกษาแบบผสมผสาน โดยวิธีการรวบรวมข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณใช้แบบสอบถามความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพเพื่อป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์ก่อนวัยอันควรของนักเรียนมัธยมปลาย จำนวน 2 กลุ่มๆละ 108 คน รวม 216 คน และข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพใช้การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก จำนวน 16 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพใช้การวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา ผลการศึกษา พบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างมีอายุเฉลี่ย 17 ปี ระดับความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพเพื่อป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์ก่อนวัยอันควร ทั้งในภาพรวม นักเรียนชนเผ่าและนักเรียนพื้นราบ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง มีคะแนนเฉลี่ย 113.15 และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 16.00 โดยคะแนนด้านการเข้าถึงข้อมูลและบริการสุขภาพ การสื่อสารเพิ่มความเชี่ยวชาญทางสุขภาพ การจัดการเงื่อนไขทางสุขภาพตนเอง และการรู้เท่าทันสื่อและสารสนเทศ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ด้านความรู้ ความเข้าใจทางสุขภาพอยู่ระดับน้อย และด้านการตัดสินใจเลือกปฏิบัติที่ถูกต้องอยู่ระดับดีมาก ส่วนของการเปรียบเทียบความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพเพื่อป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์ก่อนวัยอันควรของนักเรียนชนเผ่าและนักเรียนพื้นราบ มีความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพเพื่อป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์ก่อนวัยอันควร คะแนนเฉลี่ย 107.03 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 14.04 และ 119.27 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 15.54 เปรียบเทียบด้วยสถิติ independent t-test พบว่าแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ .05 เกือบทุกด้าน ยกเว้นด้านที่ 6 การตัดสินใจและเลือกปฏิบัติที่ถูกต้องเพื่อป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์ก่อนวัยอันควร ไม่แตกต่างกัน
