การรับรู้ของนักศึกษาพยาบาลและอาจารย์ต่อการบูรณาการแนวคิดการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพในการเรียนการสอนรายวิชาปฏิบัติการพยาบาลครอบครัวและผดุงครรภ์ 1 วิทยาลัยพยาบาลสภากาชาดไทย

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงบรรยายเพื่อศึกษาการรับรู้ของนักศึกษาและอาจารย์ในการบูรณาการแนวคิดการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพสู่การจัดการเรียนการสอนรายวิชาปฏิบัติการพยาบาลครอบครัวและผดุงครรภ์ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2552  วิทยาลัยพยาบาลสภากาชาดไทย และการรับรู้สมรรถนะการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพของนักศึกษาพยาบาล  กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นอาจารย์พยาบาลจำนวน 11 คนและนักศึกษาพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 3  จำนวน 152 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามการรับรู้ของอาจารย์พยาบาลและนักศึกษาในการบูรณาการแนวคิดด้านการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพสู่การจัดการเรียนการสอนและแบบประเมินสมรรถนะด้านการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพของนักศึกษาพยาบาล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา      ผลการศึกษาพบว่า นักศึกษาและอาจารย์มีการรับรู้เกี่ยวกับการบูรณาการด้านการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพที่ไม่แตกต่างกันในส่วนของลักษณะรายวิชา วัตถุประสงค์ วิธีการสอนและการประเมินผล แต่มีการรับรู้ที่แตกต่างกันในการนำแนวคิดทฤษฎีและกลวิธีการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพไปเชื่อมโยงในการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลของรายวิชา โดยนักศึกษามีการรับรู้การนำทฤษฎีการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพไปใช้ในระดับปานกลาง ( = 3.70, SD = 0.83) และอาจารย์มีการรับรู้ในระดับน้อย ( = 2.64, SD = 1.34)  สำหรับการรับรู้สมรรถนะด้านการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพโดยรวม  5 ด้านของนักศึกษา พบว่าอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ( = 3.43, SD =0.23)

ข้อเสนอแนะ  การพัฒนาหลักสูตรที่มีการบูรณาการการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพในรายวิชาปฏิบัติควรมีการระบุแนวคิดทฤษฎีการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ และมีการเตรียมความพร้อมของอาจารย์ให้มีความเข้าใจและข้อตกลงร่วมกันในการนำแนวคิดไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการสอนการปฏิบัติ

Nursing  students and nursing instructors’ perceptions toward the integration of health promotion concepts in the learning and teaching of the Family and Midwifery Nursing Practicum 1

This  descriptive research aimed to examine the perception of nursing students and instructors toward the integration of health promotion concepts in the learning and teaching of the Family and Midwifery Practicum I and to investigate nursing students’ perceptions of health promotion competency. The sample comprised 152 3^rd year nursing students and 11 nursing structors of Thai Red Cross College of Nursing in 2009. Data was collected using questionnaires of the integration of the health promotion concepts in learning and teaching of Family and Midwifery Practicum I, nursing students’ self-assessment of health promotion competency. Data was analyzed by using descriptive statistics.

The results showed that most student nurses and nursing instructors ’ perceptions  toward the integration of health promotion did not differ in course description, course objective method of teaching and evaluation, but there were difference perceptions in the application of  theory conception and strategies practiced. The students’ perception of health promotion concepts application for learning were at the middle level. ( =3.70, SD =0.83) compared with the low level perception of nursing instructors ( =2.64, SD =1.34) and the student nurses’ perceptions of five dimension of health promotion competency were at the middle level ( =3.43, SD =.23).

Recommendation: To develop nursing curriculum integrated with health promotion concepts, nursing instructors should be prepared for in-depth understanding and cooperative agreement in application to Family and Midwifery Practicum I learning and teaching.
