การรับรู้ของพยาบาลพี่เลี้ยงต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนวิชาปฏิบัติการบริหารการพยาบาล

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณา มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการรับรู้ของพยาบาลพี่เลี้ยงต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนวิชาปฏิบัติการบริหารการพยาบาล วิทยาลัยพยาบาลสภากาชาดไทย กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นพยาบาลพี่เลี้ยงวิชาปฏิบัติการบริหารการพยาบาล จำนวน 15 คน เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยวิธีการสุ่มตามความสะดวก เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือ แบบสอบถามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลพี่เลี้ยงต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนวิชาปฏิบัติการบริหารการพยาบาล มีค่าความตรงตามเนื้อหาเท่ากับ 0.84 ค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.87 และแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นของพยาบาลพี่เลี้ยงต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การรับรู้ของพยาบาลพี่เลี้ยงต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอน การร่วมนิเทศบทบาทหัวหน้าเวรและหัวหน้าทีม และการร่วมนิเทศบทบาทสมาชิกทีมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (=2.76, 3.55, 3.42; SD=0.30, 0.31, 0.45) โดยมีข้อคิดเห็นของพยาบาลพี่เลี้ยงคือ รายวิชามีจุดเด่นในการส่งเสริมภาวะผู้นำและเตรียมความพร้อมของนักศึกษาก่อนเป็นพยาบาลจริง ประสบการณ์และความสามารถในการถ่ายทอดของพยาบาลพี่เลี้ยงทำให้ร่วมนิเทศได้บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์รายวิชา ปัญหาอุปสรรคของการร่วมนิเทศคือ ภาระงานประจำ ข้อเสนอแนะคือ พัฒนาพยาบาลพี่เลี้ยงด้านเนื้อหารายวิชา ขอบเขตการให้ความรู้แก่นักศึกษา และการจัดนักศึกษา 1-2 คนต่อพยาบาลพี่เลี้ยง 1 คน จากการศึกษาแสดงให้เห็นว่า รายวิชาควรปรับระบบการเตรียมความพร้อมของพยาบาลพี่เลี้ยงให้สามารถมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการเรียนการสอนได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพเพิ่มขึ้น โดยประสานงานร่วมกับแหล่งฝึก

Mentors’ perceptions of teaching and learning in the Nursing Administration Practicum

This descriptive research aimed to study mentors’ perception of teaching and learning in the nursing administration practicum at the Thai Red Cross College of Nursing. The sample comprised 15 mentors of third year nursing students in the nursing administration practicum. Convenience sampling was used. Research instruments comprised: 1) the mentors’ perceptions of teaching and learning using a Nursing Administration Practicum form, and 2) the mentors’ opinions of teaching and learning using a Nursing Administration Practicum form. This tool had content validity and reliability at 0.84 and 0.87 respectively. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics including percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The research results showed that the mean of mentors’ perceptions of teaching and learning, mentoring in shift leader and team leader roles, mentoring in team member roles were at intermediate level. ( =2.76, 3.55, 3.42; SD= 0.30, 0.31, 0.45). Mentors commented that the Nursing Administrative Practicum could promote the leadership role and prepare nursing students to be ready for work as team members in the future. In addition, the subject’s objectives could be reached by the clinical experience and mentoring skills of mentors. The major limitation of mentoring was the workload of the mentors. The recommendation is to provide the subject content, scope of knowledge, and set the ratio of students to mentors at 1-2:1. Nursing Administration Practicum should have a mentorship preparation session for all mentors to enhance the effectiveness of teaching and learning with the participation of clinical settings.
