การประยุกต์ใช้การเรียนรู้เพื่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงในการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้เรื่องการตัดสินใจเชิงจริยธรรมสำหรับนักศึกษาพยาบาล

Abstract

การเรียนรู้ในศตวรรษที่ 21 เป็นการเรียนรู้ที่ต้องเท่าทันการเปลี่ยนแปลงของโลกเนื่องจากเป็นยุคที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงของความรู้อย่างรวดเร็ว หากตามไม่ทันก็จะกลายเป็นความรู้เก่า ล้าสมัยใช้ไม่ได้ ในสังคมปัจจุบัน การเรียนรู้เพื่อการเปลี่ยนแปลง (Transformative Learning) เป็นการปรับเปลี่ยนกรอบแนวคิดเดิม ด้วยการสะท้อนคิดภายในตนเองอย่างมีวิจารณญาณจากประสบการณ์เดิมและประสบการณ์ใหม่ที่ได้รับเพื่อให้เกิดความเข้าใจตนเองอย่างลึกซึ้งจากการสนทนาเชิงวิพากษ์ และนำไปสู่การเรียนรู้ใหม่ โดยอาศัยประสบการณ์และการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ภายในชั้นเรียน  วิชาปฏิบัติการพยาบาล  มีการวิเคราะห์ประเด็นปัญหาทางจริยธรรมในการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลในแหล่งฝึก การนำการเรียนรู้เพื่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ประเด็นปัญหาทางจริยธรรม ช่วยให้ผู้เรียนเกิดความเข้าใจตนเองและผู้อื่นมากขึ้น และช่วยให้การตัดสินใจในปัญหาจริยธรรมมีความตรงตามความเป็นจริงยิ่งขึ้น 

An Application of Transformative Learning in Arranging Learning Experience Regarding Ethical Decision Making for Nursing Students

Learning in the 21^st century is the learning of constant change in the world because recent knowledge is changing so swiftly. If not updated knowledge becomes obsolete in the present. Transformative learning is a way to help learners to reform the ideal framework by using self-reflection critically, survive from old learning frame and creating new learning methods by exchanging experiences in class. In order for nursing students to deeply understand themselves and find new knowledge at the same time, while they are engaged in the practice of the nursing subject, they have to be engaged in analysis and making decisions on ethical issues. Application of transformative learning to analysis can help learners learn to deal with different ethical issues, while at the same time help develop a sound understanding of themselves and others. This also helps learners make a more accurate decision concerning ethical circumstances. Moreover, it supports learners in being more mature in the way they handle their responsibilities and helps develop their critical thinking skills more effectively.
