ผลการใช้สื่อการสอนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน ของนักศึกษาพยาบาลมหาวิทยาลัยรังสิต

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ  1) พัฒนาและทดสอบประสิทธิภาพของสื่อการสอนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์รายวิชา BNS 407 การพยาบาลอนามัยชุมชน 2) เปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนก่อนและหลังเรียนด้วยสื่อการสอนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์รายวิชา BNS 407 การพยาบาลอนามัยชุมชน และ 3) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาต่อการเรียนด้วยสื่อการสอนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์รายวิชา BNS 407 การพยาบาลอนามัยชุมชน กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 4 คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยรังสิต จำนวน 106 คนที่ลงทะเบียนเรียนในวิชาการพยาบาลอนามัยชุมชน ปีการศึกษา 2556 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย 1) สื่อการสอนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์รายวิชา BNS 407 การพยาบาลอนามัยชุมชน  2) แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน และ 3) แบบวัดความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อสื่อการสอนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์รายวิชา BNS 407 การพยาบาลอนามัยชุมชน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงบรรยายและสถิติเชิงอ้างอิงได้แก่ Wilcoxon Signed Rank test 

ผลการวิจัยพบว่าสื่อการสอนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์รายวิชา BNS 407 การพยาบาลอนามัยชุมชน มีประสิทธิภาพ 84.52/86.91 สูงกว่าเกณฑ์ 80/80 ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักศึกษาสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p< .001) และนักศึกษามีความพึงพอใจต่อสื่อการสอนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์รายวิชา BNS 407 การพยาบาลอนามัยชุมชน ทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก ข้อเสนอแนะจากการวิจัยควรนำสื่อการสอนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์รายวิชา BNS 407 การพยาบาลอนามัยชุมชนมาเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของสื่อการเรียนรู้ในรายวิชาการพยาบาลอนามัยชุมชน

The Effect of E-Learning Courseware Media on the Learning  Achievement of Nursing Students at the School of Nursing, Rangsit University

The research aimed to: 1) develop and assess the e-Learning efficiency of Community Health Nursing (BNS 407) on student’s readiness for nursing licensing examination; 2) compare the learning achievements of the students before and after using the e-Learning courseware media; 3) examine the satisfaction of the students toward the e-Learning courseware media. The subjects comprised 106 undergraduate nursing students who studied in the first and second semester of the academic year 2013. The instruments used in this research included: 1) the e-Learning courseware Community Health Nursing (BNS 407) on student’s readiness for the nursing licensing examination; 2) achievement in a test questionnaire; 3) a Satisfaction Questionnaire toward the e-Learning courseware media. The students were asked to use the developed courseware for three hours/week, for a total of six hours. Pre- and post-tests regarding Community Health Nursing were carried out before and after the program including the Satisfaction Questionnaire. Data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics, and the Wilcoxon Signed Rank test. The results indicated that the e-Learning of Community Health Nursing (BNS 407) for student’s readiness for the nursing licensing examination has efficiency at the 84.52/86.91 level, which is higher than the set criteria of 80/80. The posttest score was significantly higher than the pretest score (p < .001). Moreover, the satisfaction toward the e-Learning was high. In sum, e-Learning in title of Community Health Nursing  (BNS 407) for teaching and learning process in Community Health Nursing  Subject should be further applied.
