การบูรณาการแนวคิดการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพในการจัดการเรียนการสอน รายวิชาการพยาบาลอนามัยชุมชนและสมรรถนะด้านการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพของนักศึกษาพยาบาล

Abstract

     การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการบูรณาการแนวคิดการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพในการจัดการเรียนการสอนรายวิชาการพยาบาลอนามัยชุมชน และสมรรถนะด้านการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพตามการรับรู้ของนักศึกษาพยาบาลภายหลังการเรียนการสอนรายวิชาการพยาบาลอนามัยชุมชน กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักศึกษาพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 3 วิทยาลัยพยาบาลสภากาชาดไทย จำนวน 154 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบประเมินการรับรู้ของนักศึกษาพยาบาลเกี่ยวกับการบูรณาการแนวคิดการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพในการจัดการเรียนการสอน และแบบประเมินการรับรู้สมรรถนะของนักศึกษาพยาบาลด้านการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ ค่าความเชื่อมั่นของเครื่องมือโดยใช้สัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาคเท่ากับ 0.94 และ 0.92 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา

     ผลการวิจัยพบว่า นักศึกษาพยาบาลส่วนใหญ่รับรู้ว่ารายวิชาการพยาบาลอนามัยชุมชนมีการ บูรณาการแนวคิดการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพในการจัดการเรียนการสอนตั้งแต่การระบุในลักษณะวิชา วัตถุประสงค์รายวิชา แผนการสอนรายวิชา วัตถุประสงค์ของหัวข้อที่สอนในรายวิชา สื่อการเรียนการสอน และในการประเมินผลของรายวิชา รวมทั้งมีการบูรณาการมโนทัศน์หลักด้านการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ แนวคิด/กลวิธีการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพอยู่ด้วยในการเรียนการสอน ส่วนข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพสะท้อนถึงการบูรณาการแนวคิดการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพในรายวิชาการพยาบาลอนามัยชุมชนทั้งด้านบวกและด้านลบ สำหรับสมรรถนะด้านการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพในภาพรวม พบว่า มีการรับรู้อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยสมรรถนะรายด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดของการรับรู้ คือ สมรรถนะด้านการปฏิบัติกิจกรรมสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ และสมรรถนะรายด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุดของการรับรู้ คือ สมรรถนะด้านการวิจัยและการจัดการความรู้  

     ข้อเสนอแนะ นำผลการวิจัยไปใช้ในการพัฒนาการบูรณาการแนวคิดการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพในการจัดการเรียนการสอนรายวิชาการพยาบาลอนามัยชุมชนให้มีความสมบูรณ์ชัดเจนมากขึ้น โดยกำหนดแนวคิด ทฤษฎี กลวิธี และทักษะที่จำเป็นของสมรรถนะด้านการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพไว้ให้ชัดเจนสำหรับรายวิชา มีการเตรียมผู้สอนให้มีความเข้าใจตรงกันในแนวคิดการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพที่จะบูรณาการในรายวิชา และวางแผนร่วมกันในการสอนและผลิตสื่อการเรียนรู้

The Integration of Health Promotion Concepts in Teaching and Learning of Community Health Nursing and Health Promoting Competencies of Nursing Students

     This descriptive research aimed to examine the perception of nursing students concerning the integration of health promotion concepts toward the teaching and learning of community health nursing and to investigate nursing students’ perceptions of health promotion competencies. The research participants comprised 154 third-year nursing students at the Thai Red Cross College of Nursing. Data were obtained by using the instruments including the questionnaire assessing perceptions on the integration of health promotion concepts in teaching and learning and the health promoting competencies questionnaire. The reliabilities of these questionnaires using Cronbach’s alpha coefficient were 0.94 and 0.92, respectively. Descriptive statistics and content analysis were utilized for data analyses.

     The study results showed that most nursing students perceived the integration of health promotion concepts in the course description, the course objectives, the topic objectives, the course teaching plan, teaching methods, instruction media, and evaluation methods of community health nursing. Additionally, the major concepts of promoting health and health promotion related theories and strategies were recognized in their integration in the course of community health nursing. The qualitative data reflected both the positive and negative aspects of integrating health promotion concepts in community health nursing. Finally, nursing students perceived their overall health promoting competencies to be at the middle level. Among the five competencies related to health promotion, the perception on the competency to implement health promotion activities had the highest average, whereas the perception on the competency relevant executing health promotion research and knowledge management had the lowest average.

     Recommendations: The research results suggested the development of health promotion integration toward the teaching and learning of community health nursing by clearly indicating the health promotion concepts, theories, and strategies that needed to be incorporated in the course. The essential skills of health promoting competencies should be also specified for the course of community health nursing in order to help nursing students increase their competencies in health promotion. Nursing instructors should be prepared to enhance their mutual understanding by reviewing the concepts of health promotion being integrated in the course and planning together in teaching and producing instruction media as well.
