การปลูกเหงือกอิสระร่วมกับเทคนิคอุโมงค์เพื่อแก้ไขเหงือกร่นด้านลิ้นในฟันหน้าล่าง 2 ตำแหน่ง : รายงานผู้ป่วย
บทคัดย่อ
เหงือกร่นสามารถพบได้ในฟันทุกซี่ทุกด้าน โดยมากพบที่ด้านริมฝีปาก ส่วนน้อยจะพบที่ด้านลิ้นทำให้ขาดความสวยงาม มีอาการเสียวฟัน ฟันผุที่รากฟัน และเกิดการสะสมของแผ่นคราบจุลินทรีย์ได้ง่าย การผ่าตัดเพื่อปิดเหงือกร่นด้านลิ้นในฟันหน้าล่างถือว่าเป็นงานที่ท้าทาย เนื่องจากข้อจำกัดทางกายวิภาคของบริเวณนี้ที่มีลักษณะเฉพาะตัว และทำนายผลการรักษาได้ค่อนข้างยาก บทความนี้เป็นรายงานผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการรักษาเพื่อแก้ไขเหงือกร่นด้านลิ้นในฟันหน้าล่าง 2 ตำแหน่ง เพื่อแก้ไขอาการเสียวฟัน และป้องกันการเกิดโรคปริทันต์อักเสบ ซึ่งจะนำไปสู่การสูญเสียฟันในอนาคต มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอวิธีการผ่าตัดที่มีความยุ่งยากซับซ้อนเพื่อแก้ไขเหงือกร่นในด้านลิ้น โดยใช้วิธีปลูกเหงือกอิสระร่วมกับเทคนิคอุโมงค์
ผู้ป่วยหญิงไทยอายุ 27 ปี มาด้วยอาการเสียวฟัน จากการตรวจในช่องปากพบว่าฟัน 31, 33 มีเหงือกอักเสบและหินปูน และมีเหงือกร่นด้านลิ้น 8 และ 6 มิลลิเมตรตามลำดับ หลังการรักษาขั้นอนามัยช่องปาก (hygienic phase) ได้รับการรักษาด้วยวิธีปลูกถ่ายเหงือกอิสระร่วมกับเทคนิคอุโมงค์ เพื่อ
