Extradural Spinal Arachnoid Cyst in a Teenager: A case report

ถุงน้ำเยื่อหุ้มสมองและไขสันหลัง เป็นภาวะที่มีอุบัติการณ์ต่ำ และทำให้เกิดการกดทับไขสันหลัง ตำแหน่งที่พบบ่อยคือ กระดูกไขสันหลังส่วนหน้าอก และพบบ่อยในช่วงวัยรุ่น อาการที่พบมักจะเกิดจากการกดทับไขสันหลังและเส้นประสาท การวินิจฉัยโดยใช้ภาพเอกซเรย์คลื่นแม่เหล็กไฟฟ้า วิธีการรักษาคือ การผ่าตัดและซ่อมเยื่อหุ้มไขสันหลัง รายงานนี้ได้รายงานผู้ป่วยชายอายุ 18 ปี มาด้วยอาการกดทับไขสันหลัง ผู้ป่วยได้ทำ laminectomy with repair dura with padicular scrrew fxation หลังผ่าตัดผู้ป่วยสามารถเดินได้ ไม่มีภาวะแทรกซ้อนหลังผ่าตัด
