Abstract

Mandibulectomy is the treatment options of orofacial tumors. This treatment may cause tissue contraction that affect basic functions included mastication, swallowing, speech, and esthetic. This    article describes the full mouth rehabilitation of a 58-year-old female patient who got mandibulectomy for treatment of ameloblastoma. After surgery, oral rehabilitation was attempted using a conventional denture for the mandibular arch and a removable partial denture for the maxillary arch. A correct     border of lower denture and balance occlusion by using nonanatomic teeth (zero cusp) in order to    provide a good retention, support and stability. This improved efficiency of mastication.
