The upper complete denture           procedure was done based on neutral zone technique taking the advantages in term of supporting       tissue, retention and stability. Whereas lower complete denture was performed using conventional   techniques since bone and surrounding tissue were in good condition. Follow up one year after         complete denture insertion, good stability had shown in this case.
