บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลกระทบต่อสุขภาพจากการทำงานของผู้ประกอบอาชีพเก็บคัดแยก และรีไซเคิลขยะ และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสิ่งคุกคามสุขภาพ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ประกอบอาชีพเก็บ คัดแยก และรีไซเคิลขยะในพื้นที่จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราชและสุราษฎร์ธานีจากองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นและที่ใช้บริการบ่อขยะเอกชน จำนวน 170 คน คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง เก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบคัดกรองผู้มีความเสี่ยงในการทำงานของผู้ประกอบอาชีพเก็บ คัดแยก และรีไซเคิลขยะ ระหว่างเดือนตุลาคมพ.ศ. 2560 – มีนาคม พ.ศ. 2561 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติ Chi – Square ผลการศึกษาพบว่าผลกระทบต่อสุขภาพจากการทำงานด้านการยศาสตร์มากที่สุด ในระดับเริ่มมีอาการ คือ มีอาการปวดเมื่อยเจ็บตามกล้ามเนื้อเล็กน้อยหลังจากทำงาน (90.9%) รองลงมาระดับอาการรุนแรง คือ มีอาการปวดเมื่อยเจ็บตามกล้ามเนื้อหลังจากทำงานถึงขั้นหยุดงาน/ไปพบแพทย์ (9.1%) ผลการศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ พบว่าสิ่งคุกคามสุขภาพด้านการยศาสตร์ เคมี กายภาพ ชีวภาพ และจิตวิทยาสังคม มีความสัมพันธ์กับผลกระทบต่อสุขภาพจากการทำงานอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < 0.05) ข้อเสนอแนะหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องควรให้ความสำคัญในการการตรวจสุขภาพประจำปีและตามความเสี่ยง ส่งเสริมการได้รับวัคซีน สนับสนุนอุปกรณ์ป้องกันอันตรายส่วนบุคคลและการให้ความรู้ในการปฏิบัติงานเพื่อลดการสัมผัสสิ่งคุกคามสุขภาพและผลกระทบต่อสุขภาพจากการทำงาน
