ประสิทธิผลของการบำบัดด้วยวิธีการเช็ดแหกและพอกยาเย็นต่อการบรรเทาอาการ ปวดศีรษะในผู้ป่วยไมเกรน เครือข่ายบริการสุขภาพ อำเภอป่าบอน จังหวัดพัทลุง

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลองมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลระดับความปวด ความถี่ของการปวด และองศาการเคลื่อนไหวคอในผู้ป่วยปวดศีรษะไมเกรนก่อนและหลังการบำบัดโรคด้วยวิธีเช็ดแหกและพอกยาเย็น กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ป่วยที่ปวดศีรษะไมเกรน และได้รับการวินิจฉัยว่าปวดศีรษะไมเกรน (ICD-10, G43-43.9, U61.2) มารับบริการที่คลินิกแพทย์แผนไทย โรงพยาบาลป่าบอน และมีคุณสมบัติตามเกณฑ์การคัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 30 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาประกอบด้วยเครื่องมือในการทดลองและเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล สำหรับเครื่องมือในการทดลอง คือ การบำบัดโรคด้วยวิธีการเช็ดแหกและพอกยาเย็น และเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถามคุณลักษณะทางประชากร ประวัติการเจ็บป่วย แบบประเมินอาการเจ็บปวด ความถี่ของการปวด องศาการเคลื่อนไหวของคอ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และใช้สถิติเชิงวิเคราะห์ Repeated ANOVA ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ภายหลังการบำบัดด้วยวิธีการเช็ดแหกและพอกยาเย็น กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีระดับความปวดและความถี่ของการปวด ลดลงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p <0.001) และมีระดับองศาการเคลื่อนไหวของคอ เพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p <0.001) จากผลการศึกษาดังกล่าว ควรส่งเสริมให้เป็นการทางเลือกและพัฒนาบูรณาการร่วมกับแนวทางในเวชปฏิบัติด้านการแพทย์แผนไทยและสหวิชาชีพในการดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคไมเกรนในระบบสุขภาพ
