ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการยอมรับนับถือในการปฏิบัติงานของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านในพื้นที่ภาคใต้ตอนล่าง ประเทศไทย

บทคัดย่อ
อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านเป็นกลุ่มคนที่มีความสำคัญอย่างมากในระบบสาธารณสุขของประเทศไทย การศึกษาการยอมรับนับถือในการทำงานจะเป็นข้อมูลที่ดี เพื่อใช้ในการพัฒนาศักยภาพของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการยอมรับนับถือในการทำงานของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน การศึกษาใช้การศึกษาแบบภาคตัดขวาง กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านพื้นที่ภาคใต้ตอนล่าง จำนวน 10,321 ราย วิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ด้วย Multiple logistic regression ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การยอมรับนับถือในการทำงานของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านมีความเชื่อมั่น มากกว่าร้อยละ 80.00 ประสบการณ์ในการรักษาช่วยเหลือคนอื่นก่อนเป็นอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุข เหตุจูงใจที่ทำให้เข้ามาเป็นอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุข ความคิดที่จะลาออกจากการเป็นอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุข เหล่านี้เป็นปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับการยอมรับนับถือในการทำงานของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านในทุกมิติ ดังนั้นองค์กรด้านระบบสุขภาพควรมีการพัฒนาหลักสูตรเฉพาะด้านของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขในหมู่บ้าน และหลักสูตรควรได้รับการรับรองจากสถาบันสุขภาพที่เกี่ยวข้อง
