ระบบกลไกการขับเคลื่อนและกระบวนทัศน์ในการป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์วัยรุ่น

บทคัดย่อ
ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับสาเหตุ และผลกระทบของการตั้งครรภ์ไม่พึงประสงค์เป็นการบูรณาการการแก้ไขปัญหาในวัยรุ่นไทย จุดเริ่มแรกของการแก้ปัญหาคือการรับรู้ในสาเหตุ และปัจจัยที่เกื้อหนุนให้เกิดปัญหา ลำดับต่อมา คือ การรับรู้ในปัญหา และการแก้ไขปัญหาในมุมมองที่สร้างสรรค์ โดยการกำหนดเป้าหมายร่วมกันผ่านวิธีการทำงานที่เกิดจากการเปิดใจ ร่วมคิด ร่วมวางแผน รวมคน รวมเงิน และทรัพยากรอื่นๆ เพื่อขับเคลื่อนงานป้องกันและแก้ไขการตั้งครรภ์ในวัยรุ่น พื้นที่ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือเป็นพื้นที่หนึ่งที่ได้รับการสนับสนุนจากสำนักงานกองทุนสนับสนุนการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพในการดำเนินงานด้านการป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์วัยรุ่น จากการประเมินผล พบว่า การดำเนินงานนำไปสู่ความสำเร็จในการลดอัตราการตั้งครรภ์วัยรุ่นในพื้นที่ จนเป็นจังหวัดต้นแบบในการขับเคลื่อนงานป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาการตั้งครรภ์วัยรุ่นในพื้นที่อื่นของประเทศไทย จึงสรุปได้ว่า ความสำเร็จของการป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์วัยรุ่น ต้องอาศัยปัจจัยนำเข้าจากผู้ที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องทุกภาคส่วน และพยาบาลผู้มีส่วนในการขับเคลื่อนงานป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์วัยรุ่น จึงควรตระหนักถึงความสำคัญต่อการประยุกต์ใช้กลไกการขับเคลื่อนงานแบบบูรณาการ และการปรับกระบวนทัศน์เชิงบวก
