ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการบริหารการพยาบาลในสถานการณ์การระบาดของโรคโควิด -19 ของผู้บริหารทางการพยาบาล โรงพยาบาลมหาวิทยาลัย ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเชิงพยากรณ์นี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับของการบริหารการพยาบาล และปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการบริหารการพยาบาลในสถานการณ์การระบาดของโรคโควิด -19 ของผู้บริหารทางการพยาบาลระดับหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยขึ้นไป โรงพยาบาลมหาวิทยาลัย ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ จำนวน 122 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามปัจจัยด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมในการทำงาน และแบบสอบถามการบริหารการพยาบาลในสถานการณ์การระบาดของโรคโควิด-19 ตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาเท่ากับ 0.96, 0.98 และตรวจสอบความเที่ยงได้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟาของคอนบาคเท่ากับ 0.93, 0.92 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนา และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ แบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า คะแนนเฉลี่ยของการบริหารการพยาบาลในสถานการณ์การระบาดของโรคโควิด-19 ของผู้บริหารทางการพยาบาล โรงพยาบาลมหาวิทยาลัย ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง โดยแบ่งเป็น 3 ระยะ ได้แก่ การบริหารการพยาบาลระยะก่อน ขณะ และหลังการเกิดการระบาดของโรคโควิด-19 ซึ่งมีคะแนนอยู่ในระดับสูงทั้ง 3 ระยะ และปัจจัยด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมในการทำงาน ได้แก่ การรับรู้บทบาทของผู้บริหารทางการพยาบาล และระบบสนับสนุนการจัดบริการ สามารถร่วมกันอธิบายความแปรปรวนของการบริหารการพยาบาลในสถานการณ์โควิด -19 ได้ ร้อยละ82.50 (R2 = 0.825) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
