ความต่างของการเข้าถึงบริการช่วยการเจริญพันธุ์ทางการแพทย์ระหว่างบุคลากรในโรงพยาบาลลำปาง

บทคัดย่อ
ปัจจุบันบริการช่วยการเจริญพันธุ์ยังเป็นบริการทางสาธารณสุขที่เข้าถึงได้ยาก การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิจัยสัดส่วนการเข้าถึงบริการช่วยการเจริญพันธุ์ และปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความต่างต่อการเข้าถึงบริการของบุคลากรโรงพยาบาลลำปาง โดยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงวิเคราะห์ภาคตัดขวาง เก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามอิเล็กทรอนิกส์จากบุคลากรที่ต้องการมีบุตร อายุ 20-50 ปี จำนวน 399 ราย เปรียบเทียบความต่างของข้อมูลด้วยการทดสอบไคสแควร์และการทดสอบของฟิชเชอร์ ผลวิจัยพบบุคลากรเข้าถึงบริการ 85 ราย (ร้อยละ 21.3) พบความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติของ วิชาชีพสุขภาพ ตำแหน่งข้าราชการ ระดับการศึกษา และระดับเงินเดือน ต่อการเข้าถึงบริการช่วยการเจริญพันธุ์ และเทคโนยีช่วยการเจริญพันธุ์ สรุปการวิจัยนี้แสดงปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความต่างในการเข้าถึงบริการช่วยการเจริญพันธุ์ และเทคโนยีช่วยการเจริญพันธุ์ ได้แก่ อาชีพ ตำแหน่งข้าราชการ ระดับการศึกษา และรายได้
