ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับภาวะความเครียดและความวิตกกังวลของครู จังหวัดอุดรธานี หลังโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 เป็นโรคประจำถิ่น

บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาภาคตัดขวางครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสถานการณ์ภาวะความเครียดและความวิตกกังวลและปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับภาวะความเครียดและความวิตกกังวลของครู หลังโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 เป็นโรคประจำถิ่น ดำเนินการศึกษาในครู จังหวัดอุดรธานี จำนวน 1,180 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิและเก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามออนไลน์ Google form ระหว่างเดือนมกราคม – กุมภาพันธ์ พ.ศ. 2566 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติถดถอยลอจิสติคพหุคูณ ผลการศึกษาพบว่าครูมีภาวะความเครียดร้อยละ 20.25 และมีความวิตกกังวลร้อยละ 26.53 ซึ่ง ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับภาวะความเครียดและความวิตกกังวลของครู ได้แก่ เพศหญิง อายุตั้งแต่ 50 ปีขึ้นไป สถานภาพ รายได้ต่อเดือน การมีผู้สูงอายุในครอบครัว ประวัติการกักตัวเพราะเสี่ยงต่อการติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 การสอนในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาส และหน้าที่รับผิดชอบนอกจากการสอน โรคประจำตัว การมีบุตร สมาชิกในครอบครัวเคยติดเชื้อโควิด-19 และการปฏิบัติงานในโรงเรียนเขตเทศบาลนคร/เมือง ดังนั้นหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องควรให้ความสำคัญต่อการจัดสรรอัตรากำลังของครูให้เพียงพอ เตรียมความพร้อมในด้านทักษะการใช้เทคโนโลยีการศึกษาแก่ครูอาวุโส และควรมีแนวทางในการดูแลครูที่มีรายได้น้อยและครูที่มีโรคประจำตัวโดยเฉพาะ เพื่อช่วยป้องกันและลดภาวะความเครียดและความวิตกกังวลของครู ให้สามารถปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพต่อไป
