อิทธิพลของปัจจัยปกป้องที่มีต่อภาวะสุขภาพจิตของผู้สูงอายุโรคเบาหวานที่มารับการรักษา ในโรงพยาบาลพระพรหม

การวิจัยนี้เป็นการศึกษาหาความสัมพันธ์เชิงทำนาย เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลของปัจจัยปกป้องที่มีต่อภาวะสุขภาพจิตของผู้สูงอายุโรคเบาหวานที่มารับการรักษาในโรงพยาบาลพระพรหม ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ ผู้สูงอายุ 60 ปี ขึ้นไป ที่มารับบริการรักษาโรคเบาหวาน ณ โรงพยาบาลพระพรหม จำนวน 952 คน คำนวณขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างได้ 153 คน เก็บข้อมูลเดือนมิถุนายน - กรกฎาคม พ.ศ. 2566 เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามของกรมสุขภาพจิต กระทรวงสาธารณสุข มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟ่าของครอนบาช เท่ากับ 0.841 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยภาวะสุขภาพจิตโดยรวมเท่ากับ 53.88 (SD=4.13) ซึ่งถือว่ามีภาวะสุขภาพจิตดีกว่าคนทั่วไป ปัจจัยปกป้องที่สามารถทำนายภาวะสุขภาพจิต ได้แก่ อายุ รายได้ คุณภาพชีวิตโดยรวม คุณภาพชีวิตด้านสุขภาพกาย คุณภาพชีวิตด้านสุขภาพจิตใจ คุณภาพชีวิตด้านสัมพันธภาพทางสังคม และ คุณภาพชีวิตด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม โดยสามารถร่วมทำนายความแปรปรวนของภาวะสุขภาพจิตของผู้สูงอายุโรคเบาหวานได้ร้อยละ 98.50 (R2= 0.985, p < 0.001)
ข้อเสนอแนะ บุคลากรในทีมสุขภาพสามารถนำผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้ไปใช้เป็นข้อมูลในการคัดกรองภาวะสุขภาพจิต ส่งเสริมการพัฒนารูปแบบการให้การดูแลผู้ป่วยแบบองค์รวมเพื่อส่งเสริมคุณภาพชีวิตด้านต่าง ๆ ของผู้สูงอายุโรคเบาหวานที่มารับการรักษา รวมไปถึงการนำไปประยุกต์ใช้เพื่อการดูแลภาวะสุขภาพจิตในผู้สูงอายุในชุมชนและสังคมต่อไป
