ผลของโปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างความรู้ และทัศนคติ ต่อการปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมการใช้ยาต้านอักเสบชนิดที่ไม่ใช่สเตียรอยด์ของประชาชนในอำเภอศรีเทพ จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์

การวิจัยเชิงกึ่งทดลองแบบกลุ่มเดียววัดผลก่อนและหลังการทดลองนี้ เพื่อประเมินผลของโปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างความรู้ และทัศนคติ ต่อการปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมการใช้ยาต้านอักเสบชนิดที่ไม่ใช่สเตียรอยด์ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 50 คน เป็นประชาชนที่มีอายุ 20 - 59 ปี อาศัยอยู่ในอำเภอศรีเทพ จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ และผ่านการคัดกรองการใช้ยาต้านอักเสบชนิดที่ไม่ใช่สเตียรอยด์ อย่างน้อย 1 ชนิด ในช่วง 1 เดือน สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง ตามเกณฑ์การคัดเข้า กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้รับโปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างความรู้ และทัศนคติ จำนวน 8 สัปดาห์ สองสัปดาห์ต่อครั้ง รวมกิจกรรมทั้งหมด 4 ครั้ง และติดตามผลการทดลองหลังได้รับโปรแกรมเป็นระยะเวลา 1 เดือน รวมระยะเวลาการทดลอง 3 เดือน วัดผลการทดลองโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติ Paired t-test ผลการวิจัย พบว่า
1. ภายหลังติดตาม 1 เดือน ค่าเฉลี่ยของคะแนนความรู้เกี่ยวกับการใช้ยาต้านอักเสบชนิดที่ไม่ใช่สเตียรอยด์เพิ่มขึ้นกว่าก่อนการทดลองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p-value <.001)
2. ภายหลังติดตาม 1 เดือน ค่าเฉลี่ยของคะแนนทัศนคติต่อการใช้ยาต้านอักเสบชนิดที่ไม่ใช่สเตียรอยด์เพิ่มขึ้นกว่าก่อนการทดลองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p-value <.001)
3. ภายหลังติดตาม 1 เดือน ค่าเฉลี่ยของคะแนนพฤติกรรมการใช้ยาต้านอักเสบชนิดที่ไม่ใช่สเตียรอยด์ ลดลงกว่าก่อนการทดลองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p-value <.001)
ผลจากการศึกษาชี้ให้เห็นถึงความสำคัญของการเสริมสร้างความรู้และทัศนคติที่เหมาะสมในการปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมการใช้ยาต้านอักเสบชนิดที่ไม่ใช่สเตียรอยด์ หน่วยงานด้านสาธารณสุขสามารถนำข้อมูลไปปรับปรุงแนวทางการให้คำแนะนำ และการสื่อสารความรู้เกี่ยวกับการใช้ยาที่ปลอดภัย เพื่อส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพที่ยั่งยืนของประชาชนในระยะยาว
