Abstract

This article aims to apply blockchain technology to Human Resource Management (HRM) to increase transparency and security in employee data management. It starts with an overview of the basic concepts of blockchain. Its three main characteristics are decentralization, transparency, and security. This shows that blockchain has great potential to increase transparency in employee data management. The future trend of blockchain technology for human resource management, as well as the application of blockchain technology in organizations, includes a comparison of various technologies in human resource management. In conclusion, this study contributes significantly to understanding how blockchain technology can change human resource management practices, leading to increased accountability, security, and transparency in employee data management more effectively. It is a starting point for recognizing the potential of this technology and developing appropriate application guidelines for the context of organizations in Thailand
