บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์: การวิจัยแบบบรรยายความสัมพันธ์ครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างอายุ สถานะการจ้างงาน ทัศนคติในการรับประทานยา ความถี่ในการรับประทานยา ผลข้างเคียงจากการใช้ยา และการสนับสนุนทางสังคมกับพฤติกรรมการไม่ร่วมมือรับประทานยาในผู้ป่วยโรคอารมณ์
สองขั้ว
วิธีการศึกษา: กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ป่วยโรคอารมณ์สองขั้วที่เข้ามารับการรักษาในหน่วยตรวจผู้ป่วยนอกจิตเวช โรงพยาบาลมหาวิทยาลัยแห่งหนึ่งในกรุงเทพมหานครที่มีคุณสมบัติตามเกณฑ์คัดเข้า จำนวน 84 ราย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลประกอบด้วย 5 แบบประเมิน ดังนี้ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบประเมินทัศนคติต่อยา แบบสอบถามผลข้างเคียงจากยา แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับแหล่งสนับสนุนทางสังคมและ แบบสอบถามวิธีการใช้ยา เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติบรรยาย สถิติสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์สเปียร์แมนและสถิติสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบพอยท์ไบซีเรียลผล
การศึกษา: ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้ป่วยโรคอารมณ์สองขั้วที่มีทัศนคติในการรับประทานยาและมีคะแนนการสนับสนุนทางสังคมสูงมีแนวโน้มที่จะมีพฤติกรรมการร่วมมือรับประทานยาสูงหรือมีพฤติกรรมการไม่ร่วมมือรับประทานยาต่ำ (rs = .263, .245, p < .05 ตามลำดับ) ผู้ป่วยที่มีความถี่ในการรับประทานยาต่อวันสูงและมีคะแนนการรับรู้ผลข้างเคียงจากการใช้ยามากมีแนวโน้มที่จะมีพฤติกรรมการร่วมมือรับประทานยาต่ำหรือมีพฤติกรรมการไม่ร่วมมือรับประทานยาสูง (rs = -.258, -.282, p < .05 ตามลำดับ) ส่วนอายุและสถานะการจ้างงานไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการไม่ร่วมมือในการรับประทานยา
สรุป: ผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้ให้ข้อมูลพื้นฐานที่สำคัญในการนำไปใช้เป็นแนวทางในการส่งเสริมการร่วมมือรับประทานยาในผู้ป่วยโรคอารมณ์สองขั้ว
