ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเวชในชุมชน

บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์ : เพื่อศึกษาระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเวช และปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเวชในชุมชน
วิธีการศึกษา : การศึกษาเชิงพรรณนาแบบภาคตัดขวางนี้ ดำเนินการในกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเวชในชุมชน จำนวน 70 คน มีเกณฑ์ในการคัดเลือก เป็นผู้ดูแลหลักของผู้ป่วยจิตเวชที่ได้รับการวินิจฉัยโรคจิตเวช ตามหลัก ICD-10 เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม 3 ส่วน ประกอบด้วย 1) แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป 2) แบบประเมินความเครียด และ 3) แบบวัดคุณภาพชีวิต มีความตรงของเนื้อหา (IOC = 0.97) มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาครอนบาค 0.70 และ 0.83 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ Correlation Coefficient (r), Chi-square และทดสอบความสัมพันธ์ด้วย Phi and Cramer's V
ผลการศึกษา : คุณภาพชีวิตโดยรวมของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเวชอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (M = 88.76, SD = 12.61) โดยผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยโรควิตกกังวลมีคุณภาพชีวิตสูงสุด (M = 97.92, SD = 10.31) ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเวชอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ได้แก่ รายได้ (r = .448**) ความเครียด (r = -.267*) และประเภทของโรคของผู้ป่วยจิตเวช (Phi and Cramer's V = .84)
สรุป : ผลการศึกษานี้สามารถนำข้อมูลไปใช้ในการวางแผนและพัฒนาแนวทางการส่งเสริมคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเวชในชุมชนอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ โดยการมุ่งเน้นการสนับสนุนทางเศรษฐกิจ การจัดการความเครียด การให้ความรู้เฉพาะตามประเภทของโรค และการสร้างเครือข่ายสนับสนุนทางสังคม ซึ่งจะช่วยพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเวชในชุมชนให้ดีขึ้น และส่งผลต่อการดูแลผู้ป่วยที่มีคุณภาพและยั่งยืน
