ความรู้และการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลเพื่อความปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วย ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โรงพยาบาลภูมิพลอดุลยเดช

การศึกษานี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาแบบภาคตัดขวาง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความรู้และการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลเพื่อความปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วยของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ พยาบาลวิชาชีพ โรงพยาบาลภูมิพลอดุลยเดชจำนวน 211 คน ผู้วิจัยใช้การสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งเป็นชั้นภูมิ เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบวัดความรู้การพยาบาลเพื่อความปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วย (The Patient Safety Knowledge Scale; PSK) และแบบสอบถามการพยาบาลเพื่อความปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วย (The Patient Safety Practice Scale; PSP) ตรวจสอบคุณภาพเครื่องมือโดยหาค่าดัชนีความตรงของเนื้อหาของแบบสอบถามทั้งสองฉบับ (Content Validity Index; CVI) ได้เท่ากับ 1.00 คำนวณค่าความเที่ยงของแบบวัดความรู้โดยใช้สูตร Kuder and Richardson (KR-20) ได้เท่ากับ 0.72 และคำนวณค่าความเที่ยงแบบสอบถามการพยาบาลเพื่อความปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วยโดยใช้สัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟา ได้เท่ากับ 0.87 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบความสัมพันธ์ด้วยค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน
ผลการวิจัย พบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างร้อยละ 78.20 มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับมาตรฐานการดูแลผู้ป่วยปลอดภัยอยู่ในระดับดี (=19.89, SD=2.84) และร้อยละ 78.70 มีการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลเพื่อความปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วยอยู่ในระดับดีมาก (
=97.84, SD=11.57) โดยความรู้มีความสัมพันธ์กับการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลเพื่อความปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วย อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ r=0.217 (p<0.01) ผลการศึกษานี้สามารถนำไปเป็นข้อมูลนำเข้า ในการพัฒนาแนวทางการส่งเสริมความรู้และการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลเพื่อความปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วยต่อไป
