ประสิทธิผลของการบำบัดทางจิตสังคมต่ออาการออทิสติกของเด็กออทิสติก: การทบทวนวรรณกรรมอย่างเป็นระบบ

การทบทวนวรรณกรรมอย่างเป็นระบบครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบของการบำบัดทางจิตสังคมและสังเคราะห์ผลลัพธ์ของการบำบัดทางจิตสังคมต่ออาการออทิสติกในเด็กออทิสติก สืบค้นงานวิจัยจากฐานข้อมูล PubMed, CINAHL Complete, ClinicalKey for Nursing, ScienceDirect และ ProQuest ในช่วงปี ค.ศ. 2015-2025 โดยใช้แนวทางของสถาบันโจแอนนาบริกส์ พบงานวิจัยที่ผ่านเกณฑ์จำนวน 12 เรื่อง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบคัดกรองงานวิจัย แบบประเมินคุณภาพ และแบบสกัดข้อมูล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา และการแสดงค่าความถี่และร้อยละ
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า การบำบัดทางจิตสังคม แบ่งเป็น 3 รูปแบบหลัก ได้แก่ 1) การบำบัดโดยครอบครัวมีส่วนร่วม 2) การพัฒนาทักษะทางสังคมและการสื่อสาร และ 3) การบำบัดผ่านกิจกรรมทางกายและกิจกรรมสร้างสรรค์ โปรแกรมส่วนใหญ่มีขั้นตอนคล้ายคลึงกัน คือ การประเมินก่อนการบำบัด การดำเนินกิจกรรม และการติดตามผล ผลลัพธ์ทางคลินิกพบว่า ผลลัพธ์หลัก ได้แก่ 1) ความรุนแรงของอาการออทิสติกโดยรวม จำนวน 6 จาก 8 เรื่อง (ร้อยละ 75.00) รายงานว่าอาการลดลงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 2) ทักษะด้านสังคมและการสื่อสาร จำนวน 10 จาก 11 เรื่อง (ร้อยละ 90.91) มีพัฒนาการดีขึ้น และ 3) พฤติกรรมซ้ำๆ จำนวน 5 จาก 6 เรื่อง (ร้อยละ 83.33) ลดลงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ สำหรับผลลัพธ์รอง พบว่า ความเครียดของผู้ปกครอง คุณภาพชีวิตครอบครัว พฤติกรรมการปรับตัว การนอนหลับ พัฒนาการด้านภาษา และทักษะการคิดเชิงบริหารมีแนวโน้มดีขึ้น ดังนั้น การบำบัดทางจิตสังคมมีแนวโน้มช่วยลดอาการออทิสติก ควรนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการพัฒนาแนวปฏิบัติทางการพยาบาลและการดูแลเด็กออทิสติก โดยเน้นการมีส่วนร่วมของครอบครัวและการบำบัดในบริบทชีวิตจริง
